Orbitcom (SMC-Private) Limited (“Orbitcom”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides digital, software, and IT-based services. Due to the customized and non-physical nature of our services, returns are generally limited and subject to specific conditions outlined below.

  • Website & E-Commerce Development

  • API Integrations

  • ERP & Business Automation Systems

  • Digital Marketing & Branding Services

  • IT Support & Maintenance

As these are digital and customized services, they are not physical goods and cannot typically be returned once delivered or initiated.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Return requests may be considered only in limited situations such as:

  • Incorrect service package purchased due to system error

  • Duplicate service order placed unintentionally

  • Service marked as delivered without initiation of agreed work

All return requests are subject to review and approval by Orbitcom.

3. Non-Returnable Services

The following services are strictly non-returnable:

  • Custom-developed websites, applications, or ERP systems

  • Payment gateway setup and API integrations

  • Digital marketing services once work has started

  • Design and branding work after initial concepts are delivered

  • Any service where development or execution has commenced

4. Return Request Process

To request a return, clients must:

  1. Submit a written request via email

  2. Include invoice number and service details

  3. Clearly explain the reason for the return request

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase, unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement.

5. Resolution Process

If a return request is approved, Orbitcom may offer one of the following resolutions:

  • Service correction

  • Service modification

  • Replacement with another equivalent service

  • Refund (as per Refund Policy, if applicable)

The final decision shall remain at the discretion of Orbitcom.

6. Third-Party Charges

Costs incurred for third-party services such as:

  • Hosting and domain registration

  • Bank and payment gateway fees

  • API subscriptions or software licenses

are non-returnable and non-recoverable.

7. Policy Updates

Orbitcom (SMC-Private) Limited reserves the right to modify or update this Return Policy at any time. Changes become effective upon posting on the website.
